Our Process
Step 1: Who, What, and Why.
We’ll work with you to thoroughly understand the vacancy, who would be a great fit, and why they would want it.
Step 2: Bespoke Plan
We’ll create a bespoke recruitment plan detailing how and where we will find the best candidates.
Step 3: Source & Screen
We’ll gather candidates from a range of sources, including our extensive network, job advertising, and proactive searching.
Step 4: Video Interview
We'll conduct video interviews with each candidate and share them with you via our Talent Dashboard. This replaces first-stage face-to-face interviews, saving you time and reducing your interview to hire ratio.
Step 5: The Final Interview
We'll organise final stage face-to-face interviews for you and request references for your shortlisted candidates.
Step 6: You’re Hired!
We'll organise contracts and start dates and will help you create a great induction programme.
