We have some news!

From today, Connecting Education is officially partnering with Eteach - the UK's leading education recruitment platform - to give MATs and schools a smarter, more complete solution for their hardest-to-fill leadership and central services roles.

We're genuinely proud of this one. Here's what it means and why we think it matters.

How it works

Eteach already gives schools access to the largest pool of education candidates in the UK - over 3 million registered job seekers. For most vacancies, that reach is more than enough to find the right person.

But some roles are different. Senior leadership appointments, Edtech positions, central services heads - these are the roles where the best candidates are rarely actively looking, and you might need a broader toolkit to be successful. We've seen it time and again.

That's where Connecting Education comes in.

MATs and schools advertising on Eteach can now add our headhunting service when traditional advertising hasn't delivered the right shortlist. We support the search - proactively identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates who wouldn't have responded to an advert - and present a curated shortlist through our Talent Dashboard, complete with video interviews already completed.

Connecting Education works exclusively on senior and strategic appointments: CEO, COO, CFO, Executive Headteacher, Director of Education, and central services leadership roles such as Heads of HR, Finance, IT, and Marketing. This service is not for classroom teachers or support staff.
